Mr. Azwimpheleli Langalanga is a visiting research fellow at the Economic Diplomacy Program of the South African Institute of International Affairs. He is also an Associate at Tutwa Consulting. Azwimpheleli is also a Faculty Member of the African International Legal Awareness in London. In addition, he is a Research Associate with the Economic Diplomacy Program of the South African Institute for International Affairs. Furthermore, Mr. Langalanga is a Research Fellow at the Mandela Institute, Wits School of Law. He holds a Master of International Law and Economics (cum laude) from the World Trade Institute in Bern and a Master of Laws in Labor Studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal. He also holds several postgraduate certificates from the Mandela Institute of the University of the Witwatersrand. His expertise lies in the fields of international economic law with a bias towards the international law regulating foreign investments. He also researches trade diplomacy and the economic aspects of international trade and investment. Mr. Langalanga has done extensive research on South Africa’s foreign direct investment regulatory regime.
