LDC IV Monitor

LDC IV Monitor is a partnership of eight international institutions established in 2011 in the wake of the Fourth United Nations Conference on Least Developed Countries (UN LDC IV) aiming to provide independent assessment of implementation of the Istanbul Programme of Action. The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) functions as the secretariat of two global initiatives viz. the LDC IV Monitor, and Southern Voice on Post-MDG International Development Goals (Southern Voice) – a network of 49 thinks tanks from Africa, Asia and Latin America serving as an open platform, which was launched in 2013 to make contributions to the global discussions on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and related issues.
